Cancellation and Refund

When you book a service with us and for any reason we are unable to render the service, we will issue you a store credit for the amount for which services were not provided. For example, if you booked 10 , 15-min advertisement slots and we could display only 8, you will receive store credits for remaining 2 slots. During the next booking, we will automatically adjust the payment with store credits available.
The store credits expire at the end of the financial year. You must use all your store credits before they expire. The expiry schedule by country is given below:
