Store Credit for Unrendered Services

When Femtoplay cannot complete a booked service, customers receive store credit equal to the undelivered portion. For example: if you booked 10, 15-minute advertisement slots and we could display only 8, you will receive store credits for the remaining 2 slots.

During subsequent bookings, available store credits are automatically deducted from the bill.

Expiration Schedule

Store credits must be used before expiring at the end of each financial year. Expiration dates vary by region:

• India: 31^st March
• USA: 31^st December
